Before starting the meeting, it might be a good idea to make sure your camera and microphone are working with your meeting room the way you want them to.

  1. Testing your camera is relatively straight forward. If you’ve already logged in and can see yourself on your monitor, use a few hand motions and general movements to ensure your camera is picking up a good video feed from you.

2. If you want to test the microphone and speakers/headphones, click the upwards arrow on the microphone icon at the bottom of the screen. To mute and unmute yourself, click the microphone icon itself.

3. When you click the downwards arrow, the green bars should indicate if your microphone is working. Hover your mouse over any of the speakers or headphones for a “test” button to appear, and when it does, click it.
