After the patient signs in for their appointment, a member of your administrative team needs to check them in before a doctor’s visit can begin.
From the receptionist’s dashboard, a list of patients waiting to be checked in will be visible. Click the “Not Checked In” button.
This will take the receptionist to the patient activity log. Here, a patient’s name, date of birth, phone number, as well as a screenshot of them can be viewed.
Here, a text chat can also be had with the patient.
To proceed, click the “Check-in Patient” button.
This “Check-in Patient” will now change into an icon that reads “Transfer.” Tap this button to reveal a list of HCPs available to see the patient.
Next, select the HCP in which the patient will be seeing, then, click the “Transfer Patient” button.
