From your dashboard, you will see a list of patients waiting to begin their appointment. These will be patients that have already been checked-in by a member of your administrative team.
For the patient you are ready to see, select the “Patient is Ready” button.
At this stage, you will see the patient’s Activity Log. This will feature the individual’s name, age, date of birth, phone number, as well as a screenshot of their face.
You can also send a quick text chat message before beginning the virtual appointment.
If you need to transfer the patient back to reception, or to another HCP, click the transfer icon instead. Then determine whom the patient should be transferred to.
To start the appointment, click the “Enter Virtual Visit” button.
Next, you will be asked if you are ready to join the appointment. Once you are, click the “Enter Virtual Visit” button to see your patient.
Within seconds, you will be connected with your patient.
