After a patient’s appointment has ended, you will be returned to their Activity Log.

Here, you can view a time-stamped account of a patient’s journey through their appointment.

To keep a record of it, click the “Download” button.

A CSV (Microsoft Excel) file will be immediately created and downloaded to your computer.

Note: Session history is only stored on Banty for 30 days and then after that it’s permanently deleted. If a record of the appointment is needed for the long-term, please transfer it to your EMR as soon as possible.
