From the Dashboard, click on your photo icon in the upper right corner of the screen. Once the dropdown menu appears, select “Settings.”
You will be taken to your Personal Info page. On the left, scroll down the menu options and click on “Call Logs.”
Near the top right of the screen, “Personal” and “Clinic” buttons are visible. Click on “Clinic”. This is where you will find recent patient Activity Logs.
Adjust your date range to your preference. You can choose All Time to see a record of all your visits on the platform. Then click the blue “Export CSV” button to export the records.
You can also view more appointment details by clicking on the specific appointment you are seeking.
