How to Schedule an Appointment with a Patient

Learn more about scheduling online appointments with your patients.

From your dashboard, select the 'Scheduler' menu option on the lefthand side of the screen.

Once the calendar view appears, click the blue button with the '+' symbol in order to schedule an appointment. This can be found on the upper right side of the screen.

To schedule an appointment with a patient, select the 'Patient Appointment' option.

Enter the email address of the patient you are scheduling an online appointment with.

Next, select the date of the appointment, the time it will begin, as well as how many minutes it should take.

Click the 'Schedule Event' button to finalize the appointment invite.

The patient will soon receive their invitation via email and can confirm their attendance at this point.

The patient appointment will now be visible in your calendar. You can click into it in order to edit the appointment, or to send the patient an email reminder.

Click the 'Filter Events' button near the upper right of the screen to view scheduled appointments for the whole clinic, or specific staff members.
