When your personal Banty Virtual Clinic account is created, you will be able to create a URL specific to your name. For example, Fred Jones’ clinic URL would look like this:

This URL can be used to conduct video meetings with fellow clinic staff members. Even though patients will use the primary clinic URL for medical appointments, a doctor can forward their personal clinic URL to a patient if necessary.

On this personal clinic page, you can Join Video Meeting as Host. When this option is selected, you will launch a virtual appointment/meeting with whomever you have scheduled a time with.

The button to launch said appointment is located in the middle of the screen.

In the top right corner of the screen, your name will be displayed. After clicking on it, a dropdown menu will appear. You will then be presented with a number of options geared toward making your virtual medicine experience easier:

Customize My Room: Create a personalized online appointment space complete with pertinent information, branding materials, necessary outbound links, etc.

Scheduler: Quickly book online appointments with patients by using this tool. Here, you will also be able to see your calendar.

Settings: Ensure all of your personal information and security features are up to date.

Log Out: To securely exit Banty Virtual Clinic for the day.
