More often than not this problem occurs if someone on the call has not granted Banty Virtual Clinic access to their device’s (i.e., computer) microphone.

To make this adjustment, restart the call and remind all participants to allow Banty Virtual Clinic to access their microphone.

If access was given, double check to see if you or the patient accidentally turned their microphone off in the menu bar while participating in an online appointment.
