Banty makes virtual care easy for patients and doctors. With Banty, patients can join their appointments with one click of a personalized clinic link. Doctors can customize their clinic link to ensure their patients can easily access their virtual care.
How to change your clinic URL
If you are an administrator of your clinic's Banty account, you can change your clinic's URL by following these steps:
Log in to your Banty account and click on the user drop-down in the top right of the dashboard.
Select "Settings" from the drop-down menu.
In the settings menu, click on the "Clinic Info" tab.
In the Clinic Info screen, you will see a field labeled "Clinic URL". This is the URL that your patients use to join their video appointments with you.
To change your clinic URL, simply delete the current URL and type in a new one.
Things to note
Please note that there are a few things to consider before changing your clinic URL:
The current clinic URL and any website or email links pointing to it will stop working.
Patients will only be able to connect to future virtual visits with your team using the new clinic URL.
Anyone who has bookmarked the current clinic URL will have to update their bookmarks.
Once you have changed your clinic URL, be sure to share the new URL with your patients so they can continue to access their virtual appointments with you.
