In this guide, we will show you how to use Banty's text message notification feature, which can alert you whenever there's a patient waiting for you after they've checked in. This convenient feature helps streamline your clinic operations and enhance your patient's experience.

Accessing Settings

  1. Once you're logged in, click on your Name in the top-right corner of the Dashboard.

  2. In the drop-down menu, select Settings.

Navigating to Notifications

  1. In the Settings menu, select Notifications which is under the Account category in the left-hand menu.

Activating SMS Notifications

  1. On the Notifications page, you'll find a switch to toggle on "Send notifications via SMS".

  2. Slide the switch to the right to enable it.

  3. A dialog window will pop up prompting you to enter your mobile phone number.

Confirming Your Number

  1. After entering your phone number, our system will send you a security code as a text message.

  2. Enter this code into the dialog window.

Choosing Notification Types

  1. Now you're set to specify the types of notifications you want to receive.

  2. We recommend enabling the following:

  • "Patient arrives in a room assigned to you"

  • "Patient is transferred to you"

These settings will ensure you're notified whenever a patient checks in. Note: On this screen, any changes you make are saved automatically.

That's all there is to it! You have now successfully enabled SMS notifications on Banty. If you have further questions, don't hesitate to reach out to our support team. We're here to help!
