As a clinician, there may be times when you need to view all waiting patients in the virtual clinic, even those not directly assigned to you. This can be helpful when providing backup support to your colleagues or monitoring the overall clinic status. The "Show patients assigned to others" filter allows you to quickly and easily expand your view to include all waiting patients.
When to use the filter
You may find the "Show patients assigned to others" filter useful in the following scenarios:
Providing backup support to other clinicians when they are busy or unavailable
Monitoring the overall clinic status and patient flow
Identifying patients who may need assistance or have been waiting for an extended period
How to use the filter
Log in to your Banty account and navigate to the dashboard.
Locate the filter dropdown menu on the top right corner of the dashboard.
Click on the filter dropdown to expand the options.
Check the "Show patients assigned to others" checkbox.
The dashboard will now update to display all waiting patients, including those assigned to other clinicians or Shared Rooms.
Note: The filter setting will be saved even if you refresh the page or log out and log back in, so you won't need to reapply the filter each time.
